S2 ep 5 

Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well and finding joy in all that you do and just having a ton of fun! I know that I sure am. It is just so so good to be here. These last 3 months have already changed my life, and I wouldn't trade them for anything else. I've learned so much, and my conversion to the Lord has deepened. Missions are the absolute best and it's never too late to serve, well, unless you're over 26 but then you can do senior missions later on!

Like I said, I'm doing really good. Life is great, and the mission is so good. Transfers are coming up soon and we think my trainer is going to get transferred to the mountains, just in time to escape the heat. Some people think I might be training right out of training, but I'm not sure about that😂 I think I'm staying here in the Mountain Shadows District for a bit longer too. 

But hence the title, it's getting hot! Pretty sure it reached 100 yesterday which was a little crazy, and I know I still have 15-20 degrees to go😂 I'm already sweating like an animal, I'm gonna need more tide pods😂

We've found like 75 people or so this transfer, which is definitely crazy for this area. The Lord definitely consecrates our efforts, it's definitely difficult to get a baptism but we are getting there!

An amazing brother in the ward is taking Elder Grant and I golfing today so that's gonna be awesome. I spoke in church yesterday, and I talked about the Holy Ghost and Personal Revelation. It is so important to be able to receive guidance from Heavenly Father through the Holy Ghost, and I would invite you all to read pages 102-103 in Preach my Gospel and to read some scriptures on those pages you feel inspired to read.

Not sure where to start

 May 15, 2023 S3 ep 1 Hey everyone, this last week was definitely an interesting one. My trainee Elder Deniger is doing really good, he's a great guy and he is excited to be here. He's a great missionary. Aside from our mission culture meeting on Friday everything was pretty normal.  But a lot happened and is changing as of today.  I am no longer in the Arizona Scottsdale Mission. The ASM has been cut in half and is now split into the new Flagstaff Arizona Mission and the rest into the Phoenix Arizona Mission. As of such I am not going to be seeing most of the friends I've made for who knows how long. At least the rest of the mission but probably more. I'm now on my second set of Mission Presidents and in a month I will get a new set. We have transfers again in 3 weeks so I have also lost 3 weeks of my mission. I've lived with the AP's for these last months and they are both leaving and getting split up, 1 to each mission. I'll definitely miss them, so the...

S1 Ep8 We Scrounged a Weight Machine

 April 10, 2023 How's it going everyone? I hope you all have had a great week and a phenomenal Easter, I sure know I did. We had Easter dinner with the Campbell's, a family that we are teaching right now. We think they are going to get baptized, so that is super exciting! I'm pretty tired, so I'm gonna keep this short, but it was a good week. We worked hard, and are starting to see it pay off. One cool thing this week is that we were biking around and found an entire Smith machine in a dudes driveway with a "free" sign on it. So, being elders we naturally called up a member with a truck and chucked it in our front room. It was pretty epic. Crazy to think I hit 2 months in the field this week and 3 months as a missionary in less than 2 weeks! Absolutely loving it out here, go read 3 Nephi 22:11-13. Some great scriptures.
