We got invited to a Bachelorette party? S1: ep5

What is going on people? A lot happened this week, and man did it fly by. It's crazy to think that its been 6 weeks already. About 98 left or so😂 Everyone talks about how their missions go by really fast. If mine is already flying by, then it is REALLY going to go by fast once I start hitting the 3 and 6 month marks, its kinda sad. 

This week we definitely worked our butts off, like every week, but we didn't see as much success. It seemed like almost everyone we talked with either wasn't interested or they just wanted to argue. We were talking to this one dude and we told him we talk about Jesus Christ. He then went on a 25 minute rant about how the United States was founded by White Supremicist Apologist pedophiles. Totally related. We had a lot of people with some crazy ideas this week, honestly hearing most of them my companion and I would just laugh at how crazy they sound. Especially when they try to disprove the Book of Mormon😂 

Going to the title, we knocked on a house we thought was some dude in his 60s. Turns out he was renting it out as an Airbnb. 2 girls in their mid 20s opened the door and just kinda stared at us, haha. We started talking and they let us share a scripture, but halfway through like 8 more girls show up, all in bikinis😬😂 They then asked if we were the strippers they ordered for their bachlorette party and if we wanted beers. My comp and I just looked at each other and burst out laughing and then said "we're missionaries" and left, they weren't interested😂

We had some cool Spiritual experiences this week, probably the best was after 2 or 3 hard days, the Lord really consecrated our efforts on Saturday. We had a prompting to go down a different path than we planned, and ended running into a family moving into an apartment. They definitely needed help with the larger stuff, so we helped them move in a bit, and they are super interested! We found 4 or 5 genuine people who wanted to learn more, so the hard work definitely pays off, definitely on a mission. Just have faith. I had a really good zone conference on faith. All I can say is to read Moroni 7, Hebrews 11 and Ether 12. They are amazing chapters and will change the way you see faith if you let them, for the better.

Not sure where to start

 May 15, 2023 S3 ep 1 Hey everyone, this last week was definitely an interesting one. My trainee Elder Deniger is doing really good, he's a great guy and he is excited to be here. He's a great missionary. Aside from our mission culture meeting on Friday everything was pretty normal.  But a lot happened and is changing as of today.  I am no longer in the Arizona Scottsdale Mission. The ASM has been cut in half and is now split into the new Flagstaff Arizona Mission and the rest into the Phoenix Arizona Mission. As of such I am not going to be seeing most of the friends I've made for who knows how long. At least the rest of the mission but probably more. I'm now on my second set of Mission Presidents and in a month I will get a new set. We have transfers again in 3 weeks so I have also lost 3 weeks of my mission. I've lived with the AP's for these last months and they are both leaving and getting split up, 1 to each mission. I'll definitely miss them, so the...

S1 Ep8 We Scrounged a Weight Machine

 April 10, 2023 How's it going everyone? I hope you all have had a great week and a phenomenal Easter, I sure know I did. We had Easter dinner with the Campbell's, a family that we are teaching right now. We think they are going to get baptized, so that is super exciting! I'm pretty tired, so I'm gonna keep this short, but it was a good week. We worked hard, and are starting to see it pay off. One cool thing this week is that we were biking around and found an entire Smith machine in a dudes driveway with a "free" sign on it. So, being elders we naturally called up a member with a truck and chucked it in our front room. It was pretty epic. Crazy to think I hit 2 months in the field this week and 3 months as a missionary in less than 2 weeks! Absolutely loving it out here, go read 3 Nephi 22:11-13. Some great scriptures.
