March 21, 2024 Where do I start? Like a lot has happened. I'm going to have to prioritize here.😂 I'll get the biggest one out of the way. If you all remember about 4 months ago, I sprained my wrist pretty badly playing football, and I was told it wasn't broken, so I kind of just kept living mission life. It never quite healed so I went back to the doctor and it turns out my scaphoid bone is fractured, and I will likely need surgery. I will know more in 1-2 weeks, but I may or may not need to go home temporarily for that.😅 So that's a thing.  We also got transfer news yesterday, and I get to stay here in Osborn another one! And to take precautionary measures we will be in a trio and after a whole year of being DL, I've finally been unassigned so I can go home freely and take care my wrist if I need to.😂 We also have a car now because the doctor said I'm not allowed to bike anymore so that's been a blessing. March 4, 2024 Hey everyone! Just wanted to write and let you all know that I'm still here in AZ knocking doors and teaching people about Jesus!  February 12, 2024 Hey all. I don't have much time but I just wanted to write a quick update. I'm doing well, and we just had transfers. I'm still here in Osborn in the super ghetto, and it's a great time. I got a new compy, Elder Swaser. He's been out about 5 months, he's pretty awesome. I am also, once again, the district leader. After this transfer I will have been DL for 10 months. Clearly there's something I haven't learned yet, haha. Also, today was my 2nd and final birthday on the mission! So thank you all that wrote me, I appreciate it! Today was pretty sweet. I got to play kickball and soccer (which I naturally dominated of course) and got to see some incredible birthday Miracles. I love being here, and I love Christ! Y'all are awesome,  Elder Cozzens 

January 22, 2024 The day has finally come. I hit my 1 year mark, and am officially halfway through my mission. Not today though, that's tomorrow 😂🤭 I still can't believe how fast it has gone by... And I've heard that from here out it only goes by faster. I'm already more than halfway in my 9th transfer, and I only have 7 more after that. Wild!  Anyways, time aside, it was a great week! We had a lot of success with finding and teaching this week, but we have a hard time getting our friends to come to church. It's kind of a trend in the district, we find lots of people, teach lots, but no one comes to church. But our friend Kyle did! He wants to get baptized so bad, and that day will come but he needs to work through a few things first. He is really cool! We meet with him twice a week and he has made so much progress.  January 8, 2024 Hey everyone! Sorry it has been so long since I emailed, but I am alive and well hahaha! I guess I'll cut right to the chase, however, I was transferred a week or two ago to central/eastern Phoenix in a ghetto bike area! I was definitely sad to be leaving the YSA and the West Valley, especially only after 2 transfers but I guess God needed me somewhere else. My new area is the Osborn ward, and apparently it is the 2nd most ghetto area in the entire mission haha! I'm also only like 20 minutes from my baby ward which is pretty cool. I'm basically redoing my training for the 2nd half of my mission. My new companion is Elder Alley. He has been out for about 5 months, and I am still a district leader. Elder Alley is awesome and the district is pretty awesome so I'm having a pretty fun time! December 12, 2023 S8 Ep 2, 3, 4 Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing well. Life is pretty dandy here in AZ. My comp is a stud, and we have a ton of fun together. I have a great area, a great district and we have some incredible friends who are progressing very well, and we should have 1 or 2 on date this week. We got to go to the temple this week, our mission President is giving us an extra time as a Christmas gift so that was sweet!
